HR Records Management

ProAudit Consulting Group offers the service of HR records management under the contract for accounting services. It is provided either on a permanent basis, or as a one-time service.

The work plan - HR records management:
First of all the contract for HR records management services is concluded. This service presupposes that the employees’ personal histories will be filed in the office of ProAudit Group, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. The company’s HR records management is closely connected with accounting, therefore it is very important that HR records are maintained and prepared correctly and on time.
Due to the character of works it is required that the customer provides information on any changes in the company relating to HR records on a monthly basis or as the need arises. Such information includes the hiring and dismissal of employees, leaves, changes in the rates of wages and bonuses, changes of positions, business trips and so on. When such information is provided, our specialists promptly perform all necessary operations, prepare and execute necessary documents, and also provide consultations to our clients. We use all available means of communication and can promptly deliver any needed documents to the client's office.

Scope of works:
- formation and maintenance of personal histories (applications, orders, personal cards);
- preparation and implementation of required documents (job descriptions, regulations for departments, etc.);
- execution of internal orders, business trip documents;
- filling in and maintenance of service record books;
- operational work with a staff list, leave schedule;
- preparation of a social insurance certificate;
- submission of required reports to the Employment Bureau and Department of Statistics;
- tracking whether all positions comply with the Classification of professions;
- other services upon request.
